An animated music video for Maple Mountain Sunburst's 'LookListenFeel' featuring the voice of Isabella Rossellini.
This heart-touching film was made by Lindsey Olivares at Ringling College of Art and Design. It was his senior thesis film there. It shows how a man stranded in the ocean finally finds his way back to his beloved who was waiting eagerly for his home-coming. The power of love removed all his despair and filled him with hope and brought him back to his beloved. The use of watercolor and brush stroke effects have added to the beauty of this wonderful video. The background music is by Mika.
Happy Easter to all. Here's a cute Easter card by Kilogramme, an animation company based in Manchester, England. It depicts few little chicks dancing with colorful Easter eggs. The synchronization of the dancing chicks with the sweet tune is really very nice. The subtle use of pastel shades also goes well with the tune. Enjoy the sweet show and have a happy Easter.
A fantastic typographic animation by Olivier Beaudoin showing how we are destroying the nature and consequently our own niche. The song "Nostrand" by Ratatat has been used as the background score. Beaudoin has created a minimalist environment with alphabets, numbers and punctuation marks and has beautifully depicted the gradual decay of our environment through this typographic environment.
A beautiful animated music video by Yoann Lemoine for the beautiful song "Evergreen". The song is sung by Axelle Renoir. Lemoine has used a subtle and gentle style in his animation which fantastically blended with the song. The colors, the movements everything bringing out the true spirit of the song. I know you too will love this masterpiece.
An animated music video for "Papa Pinguoin", a song performed in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1980. The video features a penguin dad and his son, little Pigloo. Pigloo is the main character of a Franco-German bubblegum dance musical project. This song was very successful in France, where it topped the singles chart for three weeks and eventually remained on the chart for 27 weeks. In February 2007, the German version of "Papa Pinguoin" climbed to 6th place in the German hit parade, partly due to the huge success of the video clip broadcast on RTL. The French version was sung by Heidi, while the German version was sung by Sara and Kerstin. The music was composed by prolific duo Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger, who are normally associated with Germany as a composer-lyricist combination.
